I am continuously impressed with the service department at Young Buick GMC. In particular with the service representative named Debbie. I appreciate not only the time she takes to make sure that my issues are addressed but I have seen the time and patients that she takes with other clients, taking the time to explain and remedy issues that others are having with their vehicles. I am also very impressed with the rest of the service staff and the cleanliness and order of the shop. Brought my car in for the first 5000 mile oil change and service. Very easy to make an appointment and everything. Had a couple of issues with my buick including a hood latch release. I have a 2011 Buick Lacrosse and went to run errands Monday 2:00 pm and noticed my check engine light was on and called to get an appointment and was happy when I could get it in at 8:30 the next morning. Deb was very accommodating. I brought it in and they checked it and told me it might take awhile and would I like to stay and wait. I chose to go home and they got the courtesy shuttle to take me home. They called 4 hours later and said it was ready to be picked up and explained what had been done. The shuttle picked me up and took me back. I appreciate their taking care of the problems so quickly. And I even got my oil changed. I hope I don't have to go back but not because of the service. I called in the morning and spoke with Debbie Gilette about bringing in my vehicle that afternoon. She said to bring it in and they will take care of it. I took in my 2009 GMC Acadia to have a recall fixed and to have the safety inspection and emissions check completed. I also asked them to have it washed for me, which they completed all the work in under two hours. I was given a bottle of water while I waited in the waiting room.
